I am thrilled to finally be allowed to announce that this year I have been lucky enough to have been named one of the two EMERGING WRITERS in RESIDENCE at Katharine Susannah Pritchard Writers Centre outside Perth in 2018!! YAY! YAY!! SUPER YAY!

I’ve applied every year for almost ten years and been shortlisted three times. Never give up people!

So happy to be able to sit and walk and write where this strong political woman who suffered great personal tragedy and wrote so wonderfully and deeply once lived. Thank you Katharine! Thank you KSP Writers Centre! And thank you previous me for not giving up.

See you in June July next year Western Australians!

Are you in need of some rest and relaxation? In need of a whole body/ mind/ spirit makeover? Exhausted from serving the needs of others all day every day like most women?

We’re busily planning and organising the finer details – like desserts. I hope everyone likes chocolate self-saucing pudding and ice-cream 🙂
